TECHNOLOGY

The Respicaire OXY 4™ is an active ionic photo-catalytic air purifier built with an advanced reactive media matrix. This commercial-grade system combines reactive titania media with multiple wavelengths of ultraviolet light. The result is a catalytic reaction based on NASA engineering that produces powerful air-cleansing oxidizers. The proprietary catalytic chamber creates multiple active photo-ionic air cleansers as internal UV rays react with the titanium dioxide (TiO2) matrix. This process generates four types of air cleansers: hydroperoxides, hydroxyls, super-ionized oxygen, and oxidizing ions. These molecules act like “hunter molecules,” migrating throughout indoor spaces to seek out and neutralize airborne and surface contaminants. OXY 4™ is well-suited for factories, retail stores, airports, medical centers, offices, schools, libraries, and other commercial spaces.
