TECHNOLOGY
The OXY 4-MB™ is an active ionic photo-catalytic air purifier built for commercial indoor air environments. This system uses ultraviolet light combined with catalytic reactions to create ionically charged, airborne cleansers that travel throughout your space. The technology behind this purifier is based on NASA engineering. It combines reactive Titania media with multiple wavelengths of full-spectrum UV lamps to trigger photo-catalytic processes. When internal UVC wavelengths react with Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) treated surfaces inside the proprietary Catalytic Chamber, the system produces four types of active air cleansers: Hydro Peroxides, Hydroxyls, Super Oxide Ions, and Oxidizing Ions. These air cleansers work like “hunter molecules.” They move freely throughout indoor spaces to find and neutralize airborne and surface contaminants. This active approach helps reduce and eliminate molds, viruses, bacteria, microbes, odors, and chemical VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). The OXY 4-MB™ was independently lab-tested for performance against SARS-CoV-2, Corona, and Influenza viruses. The unit features a multi-directional airflow design and is engineered for internal installation inside Rooftop Units (RTUs) and Air Handling Units (AHUs).
