John Hurley

President & CEO

John is the president & CEO of TFI Company Inc. As an early adopter of new technologies and product innovations, John believes that healthy indoor air is a necessity for all. He has spent over two and half decades building the Respicaire brand seeking to provide effective & affordable air purification solutions. As we now spend 90% of our lives indoors, the need for healthy environments drives his passion for developing innovative product solutions.

Today, Respicaire boasts a one of the broadest lines of residential and commercial IAQ product solutions industry wide.

John is a graduate of the University of Toronto and holds degrees in Marketing as well as Retail merchandising & advertising management. He is committed to the needs of indoor living and welcomes any inquiries you may have.

Andrea Gondova

VP of Sales

For almost 2 decades, Andrea has been a successful Sales executive & educator in the world of Indoor Air Quality for TFI Company Inc. As Director of Sales, she is experienced in both the residential & commercial HVAC markets that encompass OEM’s, Major HVAC distributors and specialized air quality enterprises.

Andrea presently directs the sales and market development for TFI Company, while coordinating the expansion of the Respicaire brand opportunity for the HVAC industry. She continuously participates at various educational & promotional sessions with Distributors, OEM customers, contractors & dealers.

Andrea holds a Master’s degree and has an active presence in the HVAC industry. She is presently on the HRAI Manufacturer’s Board of Directors that helps identify the needs and direction of the industry.

Andrea brings passion and a deep commitment to expanding the IAQ opportunity within the HVAC industry and the highly valued Distribution Partners.

Greg M. Joutras

NATE Certified Trainer

Greg is a National Sales Manager and NATE Certified trainer who has been in the HVAC industry since 1996 specializing in the world of Indoor Air Quality. Greg has developed significant
expertise & experience training wholesalers, builders, contractors and dealers on the principles
of indoor air quality across North America. He has facilitated many home builders, HVAC contractors, and MEP engineers, helping them to optimize air purification solutions for their clients.

Greg is accustomed to being a featured speaker with experience presenting to industry associations including AQA, ASHRAE, and NADCA. As an adjunct professor at Joliet Junior College, he excelled at teaching students the principles of energy management, IEQ, sustainable building practices, and sciences.

Greg joined the Respicaire Team at TFI to broaden his horizons and expand his business footprint nationwide. He has a passion for the science of indoor air quality and enjoys helping people invest in healthier indoor living environments. He travels the U.S. and Canada extensively for TFI Company promoting Respicaire IAQ and facilitating distributors, contractors & dealers on how to capitalize on the investment opportunity.
