John Hurley

President & CEO

John is the president & CEO of TFI Company Inc. and a veteran of the Indoor Air Quality Industry. As an early adopter of new technologies and product innovations, John believes that healthy indoor air is a necessity. As we now spend 90% of our lives indoors, the need for healthy alternatives drives his passion for finding affordable & innovative product solutions. John is a graduate of the University of Toronto and holds degrees in Marketing as well as Retail merchandising & advertising management. He is committed to the needs of indoor living and welcomes any inquiries you may have.

Andrea Gondova

VP of Sales

For the past 17 years, Andrea Gondova has been a successful Sales executive & educator in the world of Indoor Air Quality for TFI Company Inc. As VP of Sales, she is experienced in both the residential & commercial HVAC markets that encompass OEMs, Major Independent HVAC distributors, and specialized air quality enterprises.

Andrea presently directs the marketing and sales functions for TFI, coordinating to help expand the awareness and success of the Respicaire brand. This involves business strategy & tactics as well as industry trade events & business associations. Andrea is currently on the HRAI Manufacturer’s Board of Directors to help shape the direction and importance of Indoor Air purification across Canada. She is a university graduate with a master’s degree specializing in education.

Greg M. Joutras

NATE Certified Trainer

Greg is a NATE Certified trainer and has been in the HVAC industry since 1996, specializing in the world of Indoor Air Quality. Greg has developed significant expertise & experience training wholesalers, builders, contractors, and dealers on the principles of indoor air quality. He has facilitated many home builders, HVAC contractors, and MEP engineers, helping them to optimize air purification solutions for their clients. Greg is accustomed to being a featured speaker with experience presenting to industry associations, including AQA, ASHRAE, and NADCA. As an adjunct professor at Joliet Junior College, he excelled at teaching students the principles of energy management, IEQ, sustainable building practices, and sciences.

Greg joined the Respicaire Team at TFI to broaden his horizons and expand his business footprint nationwide. He has a passion for the science of indoor air quality and enjoys helping people invest in healthier indoor living environments. He travels the U.S. and Canada extensively for TFI Company, promoting Respicaire IAQ and facilitating distributors, contractors & dealers on how to capitalize on the investment opportunity.
