TECHNOLOGY
The NPI BAR™ from Respicaire uses needlepoint bi-polar ionization to clean indoor air. This modular bar system creates vast amounts of positive and negative ions that travel through commercial HVAC systems. These ions work on airborne particles and germs as air moves through your ducts. Each bar features unique Venturi Emission posts with tungsten needles. This design maximizes ion output for better air treatment. The ions attach to pollutants like pollen, dust, allergens, smoke, and microorganisms. Once attached, these particles clump together to form larger particulates so the filtration system can catch them better. When sized properly, NPI Bars™ can also help with some odors. The NPI BAR™ works inside commercial rooftop units (RTUs) and air handling units (AHUs). The Barrs are typically installed prior to the filtration system. They can also be installed at the coil after the filtration system. The Bar and daisy chain configurations can handle systems ranging from 7.5 tons to 150 tons. The system produces a vast amount of ions around the clock to keep treating indoor air in commercial spaces continuously.FEATURES
