TECHNOLOGY
The Respicaire i-Guard™ is a self-cleansing needlepoint bi-polar ionization system built for commercial and residential ducted applications. It uses a unique “Venturi Emission” system that sends out a steady, high volume of positive and negative ions through six specially designed emission posts. The positive and negative ions work tirelessly to agglomerate (clump together) airborne allergens, smoke, and other particulates, making them easier to capture and remove from indoor air. The i-Guard™ produces over 1 million ions per cubic centimeter, making it one of the most powerful compact ducted NPI bi-polar ionizing systems available. It handles ducted installations up to 12 tons or 4800 CFM.
