TECHNOLOGY
The MicroClean 95™ uses electro-magnetic attraction to pull harmful particles out of your indoor air. This includes particles as small as 0.3 microns, which are invisible to the naked eye. Inside each unit sits a permanent Carbon Graphite (CG) Charging Matrix. This patented system allows high electrical input that creates an electromagnetic field. As air moves through your HVAC system, airborne pollutants hit this collection field and get trapped inside the air cleaner. The CG charging system places a powerful electrical charge on the unique media pads inside the unit. These multi-layered, certified pads attract and hold a very high percentage of harmful airborne pollutants as air recirculates through your commercial HVAC system. Respicaire engineered these 1″ polarized media air cleaners to fit directly into filter racks inside self-contained rooftop and air handler units. They come in multiple sizes to retrofit all commercial applications that depend on 1″ or 2″ filtration. Unlike standard throw-away filters, the MicroClean 95™ does not spot load or bend under the load. This means it captures particles evenly across the entire surface for better performance and longer life. The unit has been tested to ASHRAE 52.2 standards and delivers ET MERV 13 filtration. MAINTENANCE
The MicroClean 95™ internal pads can collect airborne pollutants for up to 3 months before they need changing. Buildings with higher particle loads may require more frequent changeouts. The air cleaner frame is made of corrosion-resistant material and does not need replacement under normal use. Only the internal media pads require periodic changing. The original Respicaire media pads from our factory must be used inside this air cleaner. Using 3rd party pads can damage the product and void your warranty.Frequently Asked Questions
