TECHNOLOGY
The OdorMis DTX™ uses three distinct air purification processes working together to clean your indoor air. The system combines UVGI (Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation), Carbon Matrix technology, and Photocatalytic Oxidation (PCO) for comprehensive air treatment. The powerful germicidal UVC light operates with high-output twin-tube lamps that kill and reduce airborne pathogens. These lamps also provide surface treatment for evaporative coils in your HVAC system. The Carbon Matrix Cells absorb airborne odors and gases that tend to linger indoors, trapping cooking odors and household smells inside the carbon cells. The Photocatalytic Matrix Cells oxidize airborne viruses and VOCs (volatile organic compounds) that off-gas from electronics, plastics, and artificial materials throughout your home. This tri-process air treatment system is CARB Certified and third-party verified for zero ozone output. Testing has demonstrated 99% inactivation of coronavirus and SARS-CoV-2 in seconds. The system features an elegant color touch screen with dealer-programmable settings for annual service notification. HT models are available for hot ambient conditions up to 190°F. MAINTENANCE
Annual replacement of the UVC germicidal lamp is required for optimal performance. All replacement parts, including genuine OEM lamps and components, are readily available through Respicaire’s network of stocking HVAC distributors and contractors.
